1. How long have you been a wedding photographer?

I’ve been photographing weddings and portraits for 12 years, and I stopped counting after I surpassed 500 weddings two years ago! That means I bring extensive experience across multi-day celebrations, diverse cultures, and fast-paced wedding environments, knowing exactly how to anticipate moments and capture your story beautifully.

2. How would you describe your photography style?

My style blends editorial and fine-art wedding photography with an emphasis on emotion and storytelling. You’ll receive a mix of guided, magazine-worthy portraits and natural, candid moments that capture your traditions, families, and all the in-between moments of your celebration.

3. We’re camera-shy. Can you help us feel comfortable?

Absolutely. Most couples I photograph feel this way at first. I provide gentle, clear guidance during portraits while encouraging natural interaction, so your photos feel relaxed, flattering, and authentic.

4. Will you help with our timeline and family photos?

Yes. I help create a realistic wedding photography timeline before the event and efficiently organize family portraits on the day, coordinating with your planner so everything runs smoothly.

5. Do you specialize in Indian and South Asian weddings?

Yes. Indian and South Asian weddings are the core of my work, including Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Christian, fusion, and multi-day celebrations. Understanding each ritual allows me to anticipate and capture all key moments without missing a beat.

6. How many images will we receive, and how are they delivered?

I capture thousands of images and carefully curate the best to tell your story. You’ll receive a high-resolution, edited gallery delivered through a password-protected, secure online platform, with lifetime access for your personal use.

7. How long does it take to receive our wedding photos and videos?

Photography turnaround: Our standard delivery for wedding photos is 1 week, regardless of how many events we shoot.

Videography turnaround: Our wedding videos take 12–16 weeks after receiving your final song list and details, ensuring each video is carefully edited, color-graded, and polished to tell your story beautifully.

8. What is your editing style?

I edit all images using Adobe Lightroom Classic, carefully refining each photo for a clean, timeless, and natural look. My editing includes:

Exposure and brightness adjustments

Highlights and shadows refinement

Temperature and color correction

Denoising for clarity and smoothness

The goal is to preserve the true feeling of your wedding day, enhancing the mood and emotion without heavy filters or trends, so your images remain beautiful for years to come.

9. When should we book you?

Popular dates, especially for Indian and multi-day weddings, book quickly. I recommend reaching out 9–18 months in advance, though last-minute availability may still be possible depending on your date.

10. How are our photos and videos backed up and stored?

All files are backed up on multiple SSD drives during editing and delivery. Your final, fully edited photos are stored in a secure, password-protected online gallery with lifetime access.

All raw photo files and video files—including raw footage and final edited video projects—are retained for 90 days after delivery and permanently deleted afterward. We strongly recommend downloading and backing up your delivered files as soon as possible.

11. Are you insured?

Yes. I am fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance to your venue if required, giving both venues and couples peace of mind.

12. What services do you offer?

I provide wedding photography and videography, along with content creation for weddings and businesses, proposal photography, and family portraits. I also photograph maternity sessions, baby showers, and newborn shoots, though weddings remain the primary focus of my work.

13. Which camera do you use?

I primarily shoot with a Canon R6 Mark III, paired with RF 28–70mm f/2.0 and RF 85mm f/1.2 lenses, and lately, I’ve been loving my 35mm lens for natural, immersive perspectives. I always carry backup cameras, including a Canon R6 and Canon EOS R, to ensure your wedding is captured seamlessly.

14. What lighting do you use?

I use off-camera flashes when needed, but my favorite is natural light, especially during golden hour. I love to play with light creatively, giving each image a vibrant, cinematic, and timeless feel.

15. Do you photograph destination weddings?

Yes! I photograph destination weddings worldwide, bringing editorial and fine-art storytelling to stunning locations—from Italy and Switzerland to mountain escapes and tropical beaches.

16. Do you photograph multi-day weddings?

Absolutely. I have extensive experience covering multi-day Indian and South Asian weddings, capturing every ritual, celebration, and candid moment across all events. My workflow ensures no important moment is missed, while keeping the couple relaxed and present.

17. Do you photograph other events besides weddings?

Yes. In addition to weddings, I photograph proposals, family portraits, maternity sessions, baby showers, and newborn shoots, always with the same editorial, fine-art storytelling style.

18. Do you have a list of recommended vendors?

Yes! I have a list of preferred wedding industry vendors that I’ve loved working with and trust to make your wedding or event even more amazing. This includes caterers, makeup artists, henna artists, decorators, coordinators, florists, DJs, stylists, and cake designers — all professionals who can help bring your vision to life.

19. How long should we expect to spend on the questionnaire?

After booking, you’ll complete a short questionnaire that collects all the details we need to plan your wedding. It takes about 30 minutes, and that’s all the information we’ll need from you.

20. We love everything we see! How do we book?

Once you’re ready to book, you’ll receive a Welcome Guide along with your contract and invoice in your proposal. To secure your date, we require a signed contract and 50% deposit. After completing the questionnaire, you can sit back and relax, knowing your wedding photography and videography are fully set. I can’t wait to work with you and capture your beautiful day!
